Cuisine

Tsuruoka City, where Yutagwa Hot Spring is located, is a gourmet capital where you can enjoy the bounty of the land and sea. The city is also a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy. Kuheryokan’s menu changes approximately one a month in accordance with which local ingredients are in season. Experienced chefs of Japanese cuisine make each and every dish by hand, and serve them fresh. Please enjoy both dinner and breakfast in your private room, together with some local Yamagata sake and wine.
